We think of movement in terms of our physical body. Yes, physical movement needs to include all three elements of endurance, strength and flexibility. But, so does our mind and spirit.

Stagnation of energy movement in our mind and thoughts along with disconnecting from our higher (or inner self) can lead to emotional numbness, as well as loss of interest, desires and joy. We can lose site of our Life Purpose.

Blending physical movement with focused, active and open intent allows the body and mind to connect in the present moment. This is a state of balanced energy which I like to call, Moving Meditation.

We all have an internal compass. As your Coach I will help guide you through introspection and self discovery to get you back on track, living a life that is balanced with meaning and purpose.

Endurance to stay centered and grounded under any circumstance.

Strength to stand up for our values and hold true to our life purpose.
